I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment so that you feel safe.

During our initial sessions, we will work together to understand what is maintaining your suffering. Then, with a tailored treatment plan in place, we will take steps towards decreasing your distress and increasing your well-being.

I draw from a range of evidence-based treatment methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy / emotion-focused therapy / mindful self-compassion therapy / humanistic therapy / existential therapy, and mindfulness.

Having proficiency in these various areas of practice allows for flexibility and a rich reservoir of interventions from which to draw in order to meet your needs.
