Does online psychotherapy work?
Yes. Online psychotherapy offers the same opportunity for thoughtful, individualized care while making it easier to begin therapy, remain engaged, and attend sessions consistently. It removes many of the practical barriers that prevent people from seeking or continuing therapy, without changing what matters most: the quality of the therapeutic relationship.
